Hello, my name is Philip C. Robinson, and I have been working with computers since 1980. I genuinely enjoy the challenges they can present. I have tinkered with a variety of systems both in my personal life and professional life for over 20 years. I have worked on PC based help desks for 10 years, including providing overseas training and support. On the residential side, I have been setting up and supporting PCs/MACs and home networks for over 15 years. I also have developed software applications for 20+ years and done website design/programming/administrative work for 15+ years. I understand the business and its technologies. Bottom line: I have a breadth and depth of real life experience that I enjoy using to help others.

I operate based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance. The entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. I personally believe in giving you honest, real and effective information, advice and service. I do not believe in selling you something you don't need, or padding the bill with unnecessary fluff or products. If I cannot do something, I will tell you. If you want something you don't really need, I will tell you. I always strive to recommend the most sensible solution, geared towards what you state your budget and goals are. Period.
